Vumatel disgusting service

I recently posted a review about Vumatel , because I haven't had internet since the 1st of April. Today Mark's day 20 ! Of NO INTERNET !

I Wrote on Hello Peter , the 13th of April. Sure , someone called me the 15th , and that's where it stopped. STILL NO HELP , NOBODY BOTHERED TO DO SOMETHING STILL UNTIL TODAY . 8 days since my review on Hello Peter and 20 days without internet ! My ISP is vodacom and they do all they can , but Vumatel seems to have such a monopoly that they can't even be contacted , and is not phased at all.

I am gatvol of hearing the same old reply everytime I deal with someone . "Your request have been escalated" or our team of technicians will contact you , or what is your ticket nr. It's useless!!!! This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with in my life ! They disgust me
