Vumatel Discriminates against all their customers!

I had Fibre installed on my premises in Bellville. Vumatel is the infrastructure provider so we were ecstatic as we had a paxkage at 499 then increased to R549 through Axxess. . So i had a friend also with Vumatel which was installed in their area in Dec20/Jan 21. He pays R399 pm for same speed en uncapped I had. I wanted to kove to this then were told, my fibre is premium VS theirs. So obviously i was amazed. With initial fibre rollouts, there was nothing like different types of fibres. Just Fibre.

So, to enjoy exactly the same benefits as my friend in Forest Heights Eerste river, I have to pay considerably more. How is this justified?

I had 8mbps up, 2 down. He has 10mbps up, 10down.

Surely someone sonewhere just wana charge more due to our area? Is this fair? Does the trains charge more because u drive past the station in our area? Is the price of bread also more because of our area?

Come on Vumatel. We cant be discriminated against so blatantly.
