Vumatel disappointing service

We have had the Vumatel box for 3 weeks and the Vox router nearly as long. Last week we were told a project manager would contact us from Vox, which resulted in one follow up phone call. We received a ISP number from vuma but still no connection. We have been waiting for weeks. This service stinks. I would rather use Rain who has been amazing in supplying an amazing service.
