Vumatel Disappointing Service

It's almost Christmas now and still now Fiber. I had an installation this morning which I confirmed over the phone with Vumatel yesterday. Today they don't show up, after phoning them they told me they installations department is closed. After they send me confirmation of the installation for Today, the 22nd..

It's sad they the only network provider here otherwise I'd can them long time ago.
