VUMATEL DESPICABLE SERVICE

Vumatel as the fiber provider is a complete disaster. We have been without it internet connection since January. Despite our numerous attempts to contact the provider, our plea fall on deaf ears. Their internet provider WebAfrica closed our quirry and informed us that all is on the hands of Vumatel. We were given an excuse that their technicians were ****** in our area in December and therefore are scared to come fix the fiber connection fault. The irony is that they are not afraid to collect monthly subscription despite that there is no service. SA has a crime problem. ******ies take place in the best of our cities. ******ies take place in Sandton, Bishop's Court, Durbanville, Centurion, Soweto, Khayelitsha and everywhere but the business goes on. Eskom technicians get ****** daily but they find a safer way to come fix electrical faults in the townships. Our business have suffered irreparable damages. Our homes are without internet but nobody seems to be moved at Vumatel. Perhaps those who are thinking of joining Vumatel must think a little bit harder. We were happy that at last we will have fiber connection in our townships. Little did we know that they are just another shoddy provider. The entire community is suffering tremendously because of this.
