Vumatel deliver very poor service
We have been on Vumatel now for a year and a half. The problems we have been experiencing is beyond a joke. 9 days down last year, 6 days down this year, everyday we get dropped a few times. Then you phone for assistance and the service you get is shocking.

Please contact your ISP for issues relating to your connection is your ISP (internet service provider). This is a crucial step as they will assist with troubleshooting on their end and vetting if the connection is related to the fibre provider(us), if the issue is fibre-related then a Vumatel ticket will be logged.
As an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure.
