Vumatel Delayed Refund – Still Waiting Since February

I signed up for Vumatel’s WiFi service for school purposes, but unfortunately, they were unable to install it. Since then, I have been requesting a refund from them since February 11, 2025, but I have yet to receive my money back.

I have sent multiple emails, including a formal complaint, yet I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. This delay is unacceptable, as I trusted Vumatel to provide professional service. I need my refund processed immediately, as this has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I urge Vumatel to take action and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
