Vumatel **************** ISP Mweb
A Vumatel take-over of SADV fibre wef June 2021and new charges for fibre at a 19.5% increase with no alternatives given by ISP MWEB - is very poor customer service. I am fuming and MWeb say there is no alternative, but Frogfoot/Vox is live in the area. Seems like I have two fights for what is now an "essential service". How does Vumatel justify these price increases? They don't - they just deduct!

02 Jun 2021, 10:34Thank you for your reply. Your pricing is not competitive at all. VOX same package of 100/100Mbps is R922pm versus your new rate of R1409. You also can't justify a 19.5% increase.
As soon as I have confirmed other options, I will be closing my account, as well several other subscribers no doubt.
