Vumatel Damaged my ceiling - no accountability or response to fix damages!

Vumatel came through to do fiber installation and in the process damaged (cracked) my ceiling (rhino lite). When the installation guys saw the damage they took a picture and said, I don't need to worry as someone will come out to fix the damage. Needless to say, it now has been a couple of months, many opened reference numbers (by me) and automatically closed tickets (by Vumatel...).

When I phone i get put on hold for 30 minutes and then people hang up the phone. I guess vuma doesn't want to own up to their mistake so be careful when they come through to do an installation on your property....

Ticket numbers: 63884 & 86463 - no response Also sent an email to ********** on 15 July - again no response....
