Vumatel - damage to property

Vumatel damaged our irrigation systemwhile installing fiber, in spite of the fact that I indicated the position of the irrigation pipes. They then took two days to repair the damage and did a very poor job. A month later and we have a big leak at the place of their repairs. I have been reporting this every single for the past two weeks and the only response I get is that it will be escalated to the area coordinator. I have been communicating with a Charmaine who did the initial booking and is refusing to give me anyone else's details or numbers. From the start they have been treating this matter with no care at all. They are the only fibre suppliers in our area and I think that is the reason for this shameful treatment of clients and dmage to their property.
