Vumatel

******* and pathetic customer service... They cannot help me with the issue I'm having, spoke to many different sales consultants and they all keep putting the phone down in my ear...i have a in flight installation apparently I asked them to canceled it they said I have to ask the service provider that I'm with which is fly cool they emailed vumatel a couples the said it should be done in 72 hours we past that allocated time and nothings happened, still no installation its bad at the end of the day the service providers lose customers /sales because of vumatels horrible service....!!!
