Vumatel

I am a prepaid customer, I pay a subscription fee of R399 monthly. Yesterday when I went to sadv vumatel portal it stated that I pay R346 , I then watsap the business to find out why .

Tracy responded who said it is an amount minus tax , I then asked her to sent a statement and even said with every other payment I make it reflects the full amount paid then shows a tax split.

If it's tax how many percentage she couldn't say. When i calculate at current tax rate it did not add up.
