Vumatel

Vumatel took over my ISP and I found my internet off when returning home today 28/01/2022. The ISP (SADV) who collect the debit order told me that Vumatel was suppose to supply me with a new router. All this happen with no pre-warning. After reading some comments about Vumatel : Is there a way to exclude Vumatel , because it seems like they took over the fibre connection in our area and that all ISP's must go through them.
