WiFi in my area has been down since Friday afternoon, when I called they told me that they cannot come fix the problem because I live in a high risk area , must I tolerate the fact that I’ll never be helped because I live in a high risk area? I work from home and have two kids that rely on me to be fed and taken to school , do I lose my job because vuma cannot come fix my issue ?
