Vumatel Customer Support and Issue Resolution Is Unacceptable

I live in Edenvale, Gauteng. The fibre infrastructure has been absolutely ******* and almost unusable for the last 2 years I have een living here. If its not completely offline, the upload speed is 0.5MBPS which means even if the download is 200MPBS, the internet is unusable. I keep logging support tickets, but every time I get the same "restart your router" or "there is maintenance ongoing" nonsense replies from Vumatel support. They are completely unwilling to actually help to resolve the issues. I work from home and require reliable internet. I am paying for a service I am not receiving, this is not acceptable..
