Vumatel customer service sucks

At Leopards Rest, Alberton the fibre has been down for 2 days now, clearly Vumatel doesn’t take their paying customers seriously, this matter it’s not prioritise by them, for a service that we are paying for. How are supposed to work now, I must buy cellphone data, when am paying for fibre at the same time, definitely a waiver needs to app**** for all the days we didn’t have internet service
