Vumatel customer service is zero to non existence

Vumatel doesn't have customer service at all.It is very unfortunate that the fiber infrastructure in my area is theirs.the installation was done on the 21st May 2020 and was left incomplete because they said they didn't have a 15 meter ladder in the whole of western cape. every time i call im told they will call me back which they never do.the ISP has even tried to follow up from their end with no luck. Vumatel service is **** and i repeat its just unfortunate that the infrastructure is theirs in my area.3 months later the installation is still in complete.
