Vumatel customer service is PATHETIC & USELESS

Vumatel customer service is pathetic, useless and **********. Our WiFi has been down since Friday morning, today is Wednesday. On Friday morning we spoke to an agent who promised us a ticket was logged, only to find out on Monday morning that no ticket was ever logged. Since Friday, every day, each agent we spoke to daily said it would take 24-48 hours for a technician to come on site. Today again, we phoned to follow up and the agent apparently said the technician will be dispatched tomorrow. Every agent you speak to, tells you something different. We pay a lot of money for WiFi yet we encounter so many WiFi outage problems with them and end up paying thousands of rands for data per person in my household. Vumatel’s customer care is ********** to say the least and we will be CANCELLING our contract with them, after they eventually fix this problem!!!!
