Vumatel - Customer Service DON't Care

Vumatel has the worse and the most undesirable customer service. I logged a call ***3 last week Thursday and they said it will take 24 to 48 hours to be resolved. The SLA has passed till now I haven't been assisted, I don't have internet, this is the 8th day. When you call their support team all they keep saying is it has been escalated to a technician yet there is NO sign of technician . When you call to speak to a manager they tell you there is no manager, at 2pm ? really they run their business like a ****a shop, no body can step in to assist you. If there was a 0 rating I would choose that, they are the worse and nobody cares
