VUMATel Customer Service Department Closed Indefinitely

Firstly, Cool Ideas gives excellent service. They send follow up emails and their tech support even calls me when I submit a ticket. With lockdown I now work from home and do alot of business with overseas clients on web based platforms - which means I need bandwidth for some hefty files and endless conference calls.

In this regard I requested Cool Ideas to upgrade my fibre line, they were quick to respond and advise the request was placed with VUMAtel. So, over a week later I am still getting daily mails from Cool Idea to say they have had no response from VUMAtel. No response.

So, apparently VUMAtel is either making so much money they are not interested in upgrading lines, or since they have a cornered market their customer service can take a back seat, because after all - where else am I going to go?
