Vumatel- customer service at call centre

I have just spent 30minutes holding on for the call centre to answer my call, only to get to the front of the call queue to a message to leave s message. Their customer service is as slow as their Internet speed .I requested to move my service with my ISP who have now left me in the the hands of Vumatel. They called me previously and that time I was busy. I attempted to call them back, but the option 2 on their automated calling system just plays music. Pretty much a poor show all round.
