Vumatel customer service and technology sucks.

The reason I am giving Vumatel a 3 it's because I have not experienced any problems with it except during loadshedding which is not their fault .

However my complain is about customer service and their technology.They tried to debit my account but didn't get funds so I have been asking them if an alternate way I can Pay they told me of a lonk.I have been waiting for that link since this morning and I want to pay.Please assist.Maybe they can learn from dstv and have a self service portal.
