Probably the worst customer service I have received in years. I have had no connection for almost 2 weeks now, I am put on hold for long periods by the agents and then all of a sudden sent a survey and my call is dropped. The technician finally sent me a SMS saying they will attend to my query no call or contact was made to confirm if the fault was fixed on my side all i received was a ratings survey again. Really poor and ******* service need to look for another provider, nxa.
