Vumatel Customer Fiber Service Non-existent

I am at a point to give up with Vumatel. In one month i have received 15 text messages saying that the technician will be dispatched to our residential premise to sort the issue out but nothing ever happens. Even the service provider Axxess is at at a point whereby things can't even be escalated any further. In the old days i could always phone Vumatel and follow up on the ticket number. So nice and convenient for them to have closed down their support contact lines in 2021 so that customers-ISP's cant put them under pressure to deliver on their inadequate services. Another case of a company growing to quick and simply don't have the resources deliver sufficient services but quite happy to take your money. I am sure Mr Dietlof Mare does not have such issues.
