Vumatel Customer Care Nightmare

We have been without service since we moved into our new home, and have been taken from pillar to post by Vumatel and Afrihost and it has become apparent that Vumatel is at fault. Vumatel customer care and their entire service team have treated us like we’re an inconvenience to them. This issue escalated when a Xoli at the Customer Care Centre started going of at me in a frustrated manner and dropped the call. At this point I’m looking at another solution, Vumatel and Afrihost can come get their equipment and cancel our relationship. I can’t even cancel the relationship through the call centre. At this point I need to take some legal action to get assistance.
