Vumatel customer care is terreble.
I have not had Wifi since Wednesday last week so it has been 6 days now. Vumatel ON Friday went and closed my ticket indicating that it has been resolved. Their customer care / service is the worst I have ever seen. Infact they do not care for their customers at all.

04 Jun 2021, 18:02I am not doing well, my issue is not sorted. I STILL DON'T HAVE WIFI. You have changed the fiber box 4 times now. I honestly think you have no clue how to fix this issue and you do not care at all about me as your customer. It has now been 9 days without WiFi at my home
