Vumatel & Cool Ideas very bad customer service

I'm very disappointed with the customer service they are giving.. I've been trying to get a fiber installation done at my place for over a month now. My ISP is cool ideas and I can't say anything nice about them either. I constantly have to follow up on both sides otherwise I just don't hear anything from them.

I requested for a line to be installed 20 Oct 2018 and waited 2 weeks then decided to phone Vumatel and find out when are they coming. The person then said the order is sitting with Cool Ideas still and they need to push it through so that they can schedule an appointment. If I haven't phone I'd probably still be waiting.

I got my confirmation for 2 weeks later so I was happy. On the letter they stated someone will come scout the area and premises to ensure it's a smooth job. This never happened and when the guy got there the morning of the installation he looked around and said I need a new fiber box so he left.. yey

I had to follow up 3 times after that and 2 escalations was raised with Vumatel and cool ideas and no one has come back to me yet with any information.

Just to end with; I called Vumatel couple of days ago and spoke to some lady asking for an update on the ticket they logged for me. She said I should hold and probably forgot to mute the phone. She started taking and laughing with her friend and after a couple of mins I got annoyed, started to press buttons on the phone and she hung up. nice..
