VUMATEL / COOL IDEAS - 3rd DAY WITHOUT WIFI
Been without WIFI from Monday morning.......... 15 calls to Cool Ideas who are supported by Vumatel ....... ZERO response from Vumatel , the technician that is apparently assigned to arrive at my residence to the issue is still travelling toy residence from yesterday afternoon 14h00. I work remotely , and am totally dependent on my WIFI , beyond pathetic and unprofessional

Cool Ideas advised me yesterday that a technician was to be assigned ... that was yesterday at 14h10.. today you're telling me a technician has to STILL be assigned. Who is worse .. Vumatel or Cool Ideas as I have been **** to by both parties. Utterly pathetic.

17 May 2023, 13:54Dear Vumatel, you have no idea as to how frustrating it is to have no service , especially when you work remotely from home and you pay for that wifi from Cool Ideas / Vumatel , 72 hours turn around time is here , I have read several other messages on Hello Peter about the exact same pathetic responses from yourselves about being patient and how frustrating it is to have disrupted fibre wifi connectivity ........... one client is waiting from last week , another client has been waiting for 73 hours, which makes me wonder exactly how long I will have to wait for your team to arrive ....and am I going to receive a deduction on my monthly payment for May , seeing that I paid for a full month of service , and have had no service for 3 days thanks to your competence ...
