Vumatel contractors not to be trusted

On the 5th of August vumatel was installing the wifi at my parents home, the gate is always locked, because of my mom's condition. I personally opened the gate for the constructors. After they have left a pair of Adidas sneakers was missing from the washing line. I reported the matter and was promised that they will come and investigate the issue, till today no one came. I wrote to Hellopeter they asked for my residential address and no one came till todate
