Vumatel Continuous Pathetic Service

Vumatel is once again off in Vaalpark. First for more than two days end of last week and most of today. They should be ashamed but they are not due to their arrogance. MWeb should also be ashamed to have Vumatel as a partner. Pathetic service.

Maybe it is time to insist on timeliness as part of the service to your clients. Fiber is once again off today 15 November 2023. No proper feedback on why. Regular communication with your clients should not be that difficult.
