Vumatel - Constant No Wifi issues

It’s been a month of issues and multiple calls to ISP and Vumatel to send out technicians, FX lin outside my main property has been interrupted by maintenance technicians laying new cables and then i sit without WiFi for a week before I get a reply after numerous calls to the call centre who say they attending to the issue as high priority.

SR*** Hi guys I’m still having WiFi issues in Weltevreden Park on Kastaiing Dr. No fx line connection since your last call out . Please this is getting ridiculous to have no WiFi that I’m paying for… 20 to 30 min phone calls on numerous occasions everyday cost time and money! And no WiFi with three adults working from home is a loss of money! And paying for WiFi with no internet connection is a loss of money.
