Vumatel Connection Line

My Wifi connection just stopped working this morning yet again called Afrihost, they noted that the issue is with Vumatel i then receive a message indicating that it might take up to 3 days, this issue has occurred for the 3rd time 2nd time one of the technicians disconnected my line to connect another line , this morning they were technicians again and the line clearly was disconnected again , i called in to enquire the progress as my ticket has been assigned an technician already they cant tell me when this will be sorted, it seems to only happen to my line with Vuma tel, now i cant work due to the above and have to buy data. i am unhappy with the service i'm receiving especially at the time like this
