Vumatel comprises my security :(

Vumatel sent a tech to us. The tech vanished with my remote and hold the security of me and the complex in his hands at the moment. I am on the line with Vumatel. They don't know who it is. How can this be happening? The cannot reach ANYONE that might be the person who has taken my remote control. I am so done.
