VUMATEL complaint on TICKET 434794 & Ticket 364794

VUMATEL has refused and ignored the customer complaint on TICKET 434794 & Ticket 364794. I have sent several emails and communicated to them via TINA @ Social Media, they are non-responsive and utterly in disregard have demonstrated extremely poor customer service. I have seen many complaints on VUMATEL but only after I became a victim I realized of they do not have good business practices but predatory practices. Multiple emails get ignored and I wonder how many customers have gone through this kind of insensitive bad ordeal.
