Vumatel complaint

It is almost two days after spoken to Vumatel but until today there is nothing happened I need this to be sorted asap, people in vuma don't know what they doing I spoke to different people they all speaking different language meaning they are from one company but different information you getting from them, their customer service is very poor and to be honest I am not sure they know what they doing, I need my installation to be done before the end of the day, I have been fighting this since January 2021 and still not happy about their service, if you guys don't see you will start loosing customers because you don't know what you doing or are you eating people's monies pay first install later so that you will eat our monies, bad company to deal with and I think they taking people for granted, very bad service from Vumatel

This is a third day since I reported this issue can you please direct me to the correct association so that I can report Vumatel and this company must be closed there are two companies involved Vumatel and Supersonic both companies are useless, as ever they need to be reported and shut down, people out there don't ever use this two companies because they are useless and eating people's money as soon as you paid no one do the follow up no one know what is what, stay away from this companies, probably they are **** who knows to be safe please use those well known companies, I regret everyday why did I apply or pay to this companies, please assist and let's trace their offices as well and let's all that have the same problem let's die them or get the organization to report them and they must be closed,
