Vumatel closing calls without even looking into problem
Firstly last year I complained at Afrihost that my fiber speed which should be 1 Gbps is not performing that speed, I received a call logged to Vumatel and they never contacted me and didnt fix problem and yesterday again I tried and Afrihost logged a call, this morning my speed is super slow and reached out to Afrihost and they said vumatel closed the call without even looking into problem and my speed even slower and not getting my internet speed as advertised and as they boldly display on their website about true speed, seriously if I had another option I will leave vumatel, they have no support, no communication with clients and they probably dont care either way. I have to pay most expensive for internet but they give me sub standard fiber.
no my speed is at 300 mbps, and i am paying for almost a year for 1 Gbps, i have just tested, my lime speed is less that 300 Mbps and direct connection with OTN with CAT6 cable, so please repair your problem and issue.
