Vumatel client service terrible
Vumatel service terrible. Been waiting for the vumatels fibre to go live in the complex at Limnos village, Vorna valley, Midrand. But one of my neighbors has been struggling for 5months, we just spent 3 hours with technicians from vumatel but to avail, we have seen multiple technicians all with excusses. I have been informed that MTN is also providing coverage in the area. And I would never recommend vumatel to anyone ever.
