Im super frustrated with vumatel /webafrica services its been 6 days withouth connection i interacted with more 7 agents who keep advising on a call back my ref no for call log 111183 the turnaround time for the tickets was 48hrs well that time lapse i then received a call from your senior technician who promised a call back but they did not call I'm super frustrated you keep telling the same thing that it was escalated can somoene please attend my query
