Vumatel

Vumatel is worse than Telkom. I had an installation done last year and the cable are underground without any piping... I'm having some construction going on currently and the builders broke the wire that is just laying a few centre .meters underground. So the line broke into 2. That was a week ago... I struggled with vumatel to come out and the manage to do that on the 3rd day.

Now we are back at the same issue... Line is not broken but Vumatel refuse to take my call. The manager Nkosi is every time in a meeting. From the beginning they never did the job correctly. We are now again on day 3 and no one can assist. Even the 1stvtime when the other technical team arrive and assets the 1st problem, they asked me why the wiring is not put into pipe's.

Please help resolve this matter as it is still costing me money. We pay every month but now they can't fix the mess they made.
