Vumatel can't migrate a simple Fiber line
I have moved away from another ISP because they have really bad services. But now I am stuck with Vumatel that can't do simple migration and configuration so the line is active to be used. Everything is fine on the Afrihost side so I assume because they keep referring it back to Vumatel. Ref ISP-447522. I am dead in the water can't work.

07 Apr 2021, 14:40I spoke to Eric at Afrihost. I had to resolve this problem myself due to lack of support. Vumatel registered the fiber wrong. Eric and I will resolve this problem.
