Vumatel can’t do the basics correctly!!

That’s a very good question. My friend has been trying to get your fibre installed into his house for over 5 weeks , and guess what? Nothing, nada. Zip , zilch niks. Your call centre has opened and closed 6 tickets , got his details wrong 3 times, escalated it twice and still nothing has happened.

That’s pretty **** poor service if you ask me. How about you pull finger and get his fibre installed and stop advertising on Facebook!!
