Vumatel can't deliver

Vuma SUCKS. First we were with Axxess and aside from getting no communication from them eventually it was said that Vumatel was the problem. Now with Afrihost once again we have to hear after weeks of no communication from both of Afrihost and Vuma that once again Vuma is the problem. You cant contact Vuma directly for some unknown reason or maybe its because their service SUCKS. They dont contact you regarding anything. In their Q&C they say it can take up to several weeks but I was informed that our address wasnt even uploaded and weeks later I was informed that our order wasnt even loaded on Vumatel system.
