Vumatel cannot cancel order with ISP nor infrastructure provider

No contact centre to cancel an order with an ISP that does not answer phones nor emails. I have been trying to get an active fibre line from the 31st of April.

Terrible idea to close your call centre. I demand my order to be cancelled yesterday already with Dash Fibre so that I can give my money to someone who wants it and who actually has a customer service department.

I suggest you do some looking into dash fibre.
