Vumatel cancellation of isp line we have all the vc numbers but it means nothing

Please help we have had bad service through cell c via vumatel, we cancelled in March 2021, we then got vodacom in through vumatel paid for 50 up 50 down was getting 2 and 17 cancelled to date we cannot get another service provider because they keep saying the isp line with vumatel is still active, you cannot get the number to contact vumatel from cell c or vodacom and the number on Google has not been active since April 2021, so between the 3 companies not one can sort the problem out, we have tried level 7 and web africa and they give us the same feedback we just want the vumatel line to be freed we have been trying since March 2021, how could vodacom connect if cell c was still active, now nobody can help us with fibre this is absolutly draining please help me, we work from home, and the amount of data we are using is absolutly crazy, we can't even watch t. V how can cell c or vodacom that did the deal have no details for vumatel
