Vumatel can be a terrible services provider

Not so proactive in service. Bought a home which had fibre for previous owners. In trying to get my own fibre Afrihost told me I can’t coz line is said to belong to someone. I send Afrihost all docs and info the request so they can clear line and my installation can take place.
