Vumatel call center service useless

I have been calling for the last hour and a half to the installations department to try get details as to when they plan to finish an incomplete installation at my place.

Every time people pass me on to someone else and the phones just ring until it eventually gets to a voicemail.

This has been the worse customer service experience.
