Vumatel cable downed by fallen tree

I reported a Vumatel fiber line that was downed by a fallen tree 2 weeks ago. I made. Intact with Zumatel via their Facebook page and have been promised that the issue would be resolved urgently. To date nothing has been done. The fiber line was obstructing both my driveway and that of my neighbor. At risk to both of us, the line was lifted onto our boundary walls to allow us access to our properties. There it has remained and no one from Vumatel has come to resolve this very dangerous situation.
