Vumatel bribery

Vumatel fiber installation in Parys, Freestate. We have been waiting in excess of 9 months to get fiber installed on the property. Your surveying personnel was here expecting a bribe of some sorts before they would consider to do a survey. Phoned Telkom(Current ISP on copper) can't get your personnel here. Same with Vodacom, MTN etc.. The service provider in Parys on all packages is atleast R300 môre expensive than market price due to him having to pay a bribe to your personnel.
