Vumatel blocked my line

I don’t have fibre, never had fibre where I stay. Only made an application with Vodacom who eventually cancelled my order but according to Vodacom, Vumatel is the one that has blocked my line. I’ve sent numerous emails to Vumatel but there’s no response.
