Vumatel Bleh!!!

They DO NOT EVEN DESERVE A MINUS STAR - So my wife and I decide we want Fibre in our home in Randburg, and we go online and decide Vumatel has the right deals exactly what we're looking for, then they say we can only start our deal from the 25th ... no biggy.... and we receive a Router in the mail waaaay ahead time.... looking good.... now we wait for the Fibre to be connected..... tick tock... its is now the third of the following month and nothing.... I literally live behind the Vumatel technical team in Bromhof, I then they tell me they DONT have any available techies.... hmm... I can be patient.... I drive from work and there are 5 pink bibbed Vumatel techies standing and chatting next to two open Fibre boxes.... CHATTING.... not 500m from my home and they cannot find "techies"..... then in their advert a=it says no charges... then I get a "Quote" of R1300 there are SUPPOSED to be NO charges.... its NOT the money BUT the principle IF YOUR AD SAY NO CHARGES DONT COME TO ME WITH CHARGES AFTERWARD AS I WILL NOT PAY.... DONT GET CAUGHT IN THIS ****.... we had my son living right next door to me we can literally open the door and we are in his part of the house, in fact we just removed the door when they moved out and they want to charge me a "no charge" of R1300 to attach the Fibre.... I am *****ed enough in the DAMN country... I have drawn a line.... no more!!!! NB: The sales guy was actually amazing..... no problems with him as he did his jobber clearly there is an issue in their technical side..... even if get the connection.... do I want it????? What if there is a problem????hmm...
